As someone still coming to terms with my own autism, it also gave me quite a lot to think about! Despite the somewhat ominous title this is actually an incredibly sweet piece of erotica. As a lifelong Pratchett fan I love the idea of a kindly Death, and this story adds another (sexy) layer to that premise. Besides the creative perspective it’s also just a very well written story and an extremely hot piece of erotica.
